Job Description

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support individuals in both professional and personal capacities. In this role, you will manage various administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and assist with daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation in both work and personal realms.

Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging appointments, scheduling travel, handling correspondence, personal errands, shopping, social media updates, and conducting research as needed. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for keeping the individual's priorities in check and managing time effectively.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of providing top-notch support while building strong working relationships.

Schedule is 2-3 days per week (flexible on days)

Pay is $26-$30 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Dependability and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportatation
• Having an interest in the mental health field (Client owns one of the top counseling/therapy practices in the Los Angeles market)
