Description
The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. Or
upon hire: Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration
Preferred qualifications:
PharmD.
within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner: Washington Pharmacist License.
Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist.
Demonstrated computer literacy.
Demonstrated drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability

Pay Range: $27.63 - $42.26
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
