What are we looking for?

Ambitious team player with a dental background who wants to join a high-quality production lab and has experience in organizing flow of work, data-entry and is detail-oriented. Able to work as part of a larger team to flow work dependent on time-constraints (patient appointments) and speak with clients (doctors’ offices) to gather information and provide customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate lab case schedule
• Input data into computer system
• Order and receive denture parts
• Inbound and outbound calls regarding case details
• Assist Removable Manager regarding case errors, answering questions, and inputting data

What do we require?

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with a dental background (assistant, hygienist, lab technician) is not mandatory but preferred
• Familiarity with common dental terminology is not mandatory but preferred
• Prompt and consistent work attendance
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment

The selected candidate must satisfactorily pass a drug screening and background screening. Must be able to pass a basic and standardized test. Must be able to read and write, sit or stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds. Demonstrate you are able to work independently with low supervision. • Morrow, GA 30260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dental Assisting or Hygienist: 1 year (preferred)
