Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and optimize output.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing strategies
• Use inventory management system
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards including Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
