We are a rapidly expanding promotional marketing and outreach agency , proudly partnering with nonprofits, charitable organizations, and cause-driven brands to amplify awareness and inspire community support through live events and grassroots campaigns.

We’re excited to hire passionate Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support impactful initiatives and share powerful stories through in-person outreach and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in executing PR and marketing campaigns that boost nonprofit awareness and engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and manage live events, community activations, and outreach programs

• Represent nonprofit partners authentically at public events, connecting with supporters face-to-face

• Set up branded displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance event visibility

• Track and report event data and community engagement metrics to improve campaign strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners

• Collaborate with marketing leads to optimize outreach effectiveness and campaign performance

• Conduct research and recommend new outreach opportunities and potential partnerships

Who We’re Looking For

No prior experience in PR or outreach? No problem! We’re seeking motivated, communicative individuals passionate about driving positive change.

Ideal candidates are:

• Excellent verbal and written communicators

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable with face-to-face public engagement

• Passionate about nonprofit causes, storytelling, and community outreach

• Collaborative team players who thrive in supportive environments

• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
