Newly Created Position - NorCal/PNW Territory - Home Based
We are sourcing for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who is seeking an opportunity to create your own footprint and take 100% ownership of the RSM role. The role covers the NorCal and PNW territories and is home-based, preferably in NorCal or Washington State.
Our client is a well established market leading global OEM power supply manufacturer expanding its focus on higher power solutions for industries like data centers, telecommunications, and industrial automation.
The key responsibilities include new business development, sales leadership, client relationship building, leveraging industry expertise, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and sales reporting.
Job requirements include 8+ years of sales experience in high-power power supply solutions for open frame and server markets, a proven track record with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, strong technical knowledge, established industry networks, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate is a high-powered sales professional with deep understanding and strong networks in the relevant power supply markets, results-driven, self-motivated, and located on the West Coast, ideally in the Bay Area or Washington.
Compensation: Base Salary + uncapped commission + car allowance and benefits include 401(k) with matching, dental, health, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
