Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical & Telemetry Unit

Location: Grapevine, Texas

Shift: 12 HR Days / 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $32-53

Position Overview:

Join our team as an RN in MedSurg-Telemetry! You will care for a diverse patient population, including telemetry, respiratory, COVID-19, pre/post-surgical, geriatrics, and gastrointestinal cases.

Details:

• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Number of Beds: 23
• Team Environment : 95% BSN staff, actively involved in shared governance, self-scheduling, and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare choices.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• BLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire).
