About the Role:
As a Family Cruise Experience Coordinator, you will support families in organizing cruise-based vacations by handling planning details, reservations, and personalized recommendations. This role focuses on coordination and client support in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate reservations and confirmations
Provide guidance on family-friendly onboard experiences
Manage documentation, payments, and planning details
Communicate clearly before and throughout the planning process
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a client-focused mindset
Comfortable working independently from home
Interest in family-oriented vacation planning
