Competitive pay and incentives: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are seeking a licensed Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health care to clients across California. In this fully remote role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact through virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families.
• Perform clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated client care.
• Provide crisis support and referrals when needed.
• Promote mental wellness through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and technology skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
