What Our Researchers Do:

Complete online and phone research to help individuals and families as they navigate corporate relocations.  This role involves things like helping people find a new doctor’s office, researching information on gaining professional licenses, helping people find new babysitters, etc.  Some of our research is complex, and some of the work is straightforward, but all of it is important.  This job makes a difference in people’s lives.

When you would be doing it:

Generally, our Research team works sometime Monday through Friday, mostly during daytime hours so we can reach businesses during their work hours. However, you get to set the schedule that works for you.  Must be able to work an average of 20 hours/week, and up to 30 hours/week in the summer months.

What our Researchers receive for their efforts:

This is a remote, work-from-home position with very flexible hours and is an entry-level, hourly-paid position .  While this may not be the job that pays you enough to buy that new Ferrari you've always wanted, you’ll get a great team to work with, plus schedule flexibility to take care of the things that you need to do in your personal life.  Many of our part-time researchers see this job as a "side hustle" to complement full-time work in teaching or taking care of their kids/families.

Qualifications /  What a Researcher brings to the table:

• Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED (no college required, some college a plus)
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must be based in the US in the St. Louis, MO area
• Candidates must have good phone skills, good working knowledge of the internet
• Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Research and other teams
• Proficiency in Internet searching; ability to quickly obtain pertinent resources. Able to quickly learn and master all proprietary research tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 45 wpm typing skills
• Demonstrated creative/proactive thinking skills; effective problem-solving
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsing.
• Able to use your own home-based high-speed internet, telephone, and computer.
