Job Title: Frac Operations Clerk (Rig Clerk)
Compensation: $790 / Day
Location: Field / Frac Site (with office coordination)
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off – Days only
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
The Frac Operations Clerk supports frac and flowback operations by managing invoicing, coding, and job setup activities while working closely with field consultants, vendors, and operations leadership. This role ensures all costs, rates, and billing are accurate and properly captured in company systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Support all frac jobs , working directly with field consultants and Maureen
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Ensure AFE and cost coding accuracy prior to billing
• Confirm invoices are billed correctly and on time
• Set up new jobs in WellView (wells and AFEs already established)
• Support flowback operations with administrative tracking
• Communicate with vendors to verify pricing, day rates, and charges
• Ensure pricing aligns with agreed rates and contracts
• Must be able to handle new job startup, including setting up computers and job documentation
• Maintain accurate records and support cost tracking throughout the job lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior rig clerk, frac clerk, or oilfield operations admin experience preferred
• Working knowledge of WellView
• Strong understanding of AFE coding, invoicing, and cost control
• Experience working with vendors and consultants
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced frac environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

• Field-based role with close interaction with operations and vendors
