Security Site Supervisor

Schedule:   Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day Shift (On-call availability 24/7 if needed)                                               

Location: Quincy, MA
Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

As a  Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. 

•  Oversee and manage security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control.
•  Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
•  Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
•  Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
•  Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in security or a related field.
• Must be available to respond to phone calls or emails during off-hours.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card)for site access.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in security or data entry is preferred.
