SENIOR COUNSEL- AML/FINANCIAL CRIMES
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Senior Counsel- AML/Financial Crimes will provide legal advice to City National Bank, a national banking association and its subsidiaries , affiliates and related companies to minimize legal and regulatory risk associated with money laundering, economic sanctions, and other financial crimes . Candidate must have substantial experience advising regulated financial institutions (including national banks and broker-dealers) on laws and regulations relating to AML and Financial Crimes, including those promulgated by FinCEN, the OCC, FINRA, and the SEC. Significant expertise in assigned area of focus is essential as is the ability to work and communicate effectively with management and colleagues at multiple levels.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
