Position Overview 

We're looking for a motivated **(Senior) Digital Marketing Executive - Ads Placement professional who is familiar with US market ad placement platforms **to join us! Based in Malaysia, this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize ad placements across various digital platforms, including Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends for the US Market to drive our brand's success.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and Implement Ad Placement Strategies :

• Create and execute strategies for effective placement of advertisements across digital channels. 
• Build, plan and implement the overall online marketing strategy based on the markets needed.
• Create and manage marketing activities, campaign and content then apply it though any online marketing channels.
• Advertising through social media channels such as Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.

2. Monitor Ad Performance :

• Track ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs. 

3. Collaborate with Content Teams :

• Work closely with content teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. 
• Creation of banners for the branding and advertising.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis :

• Research competitors and provide suggestions for the products and services development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices. 

5. Stay Updated with Digital Advertising Trends :

• Keep abreast of digital advertising best practices, new platforms, and emerging trends. 
• Stay up to date online marketing trends for developing marketing activities and channels.

6. Reporting and Analysis :

• Prepare regular reports on ad performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising/performance marketing, specializing in Amazon ad placement , optimization , and campaign management .

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon Analytics and other relevant tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the cosmetic (beauty and hair care) industry is a plus.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple Amazon advertising campaigns simultaneously.
