This Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Steering and Controlling focuses on optimizing financial management processes across all Lines of Business (LOBs) in the U.S. and Canada.
As a key financial advisor to Operations management, you'll drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Your work will involve strong collaboration with Workforce Management (WFM), FP&A, and Operations teams, ensuring high-quality reporting, forecasting, and solutions that align with Group policies. You'll play a vital role in maintaining financial health, identifying efficiency improvements, and providing insights into cost and productivity to help achieve our global strategic goals.
This position offers the opportunity to work remotely in the U.S. or Canada and reports directly to Head of Travel and MedOps Reporting.
