Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across Service Cloud and other key Salesforce products.
Participate in the full development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business needs into reliable, high-performance technical solutions.
Build modern Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integration APIs.
Work with SFDX and multi-sandbox environments, ensuring version-controlled development with Git.
Partner with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within Salesforce environments.
Ensure quality and maintainability through code reviews, technical documentation, and shared best practices.
Contribute to an agile, collaborative culture focused on innovation and problem-solving.
Mentor and support other developers as part of a growing, high-performing Salesforce team.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Service Cloud or similar).
Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and API integrations.
Experience with SFDX, Git, and multi-sandbox or package-based development models.
Understanding of CI/CD principles, automated testing, and agile delivery practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Advanced English level — written and spoken communication.
Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Health, or Experience Cloud).
Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce features or automation tools.
Prior experience in regulated or high-impact industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, or logistics).
