The Job

Conduct Coaching Sessions and Provide Expert Advice : Lead one-on-one sessions, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions for clients' sexual wellness and personal growth. Use your expertise to provide actionable advice, helping clients achieve their goals.
Create a Safe, Non-Judgmental Space and Set Healthy Boundaries : Foster an open, accepting environment where clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics without fear of judgment. Set and maintain professional boundaries to ensure a respectful and supportive coaching relationship.
Respond to Client Inquiries : Address client questions and concerns, providing clear, thoughtful responses to ensure understanding and ongoing support throughout their journey.
Track Client Progress : Monitor clients' development and adjust coaching strategies to ensure they are on the right path toward their goals.
Stay Up to Date : Keep informed on the latest trends and practices in sexual wellness to offer the most relevant and effective advice.

The Profile

Passion for Wellness: A genuine desire to help others improve their sexual well-being.
Relevant Qualifications: Certifications or experience in sexual wellness coaching or related fields.
Communication Skills: Ability to engage empathetically and professionally with clients.
