Treatspace is looking for an incredible Social Media Intern to join our team and assist in creating social media content and engagement that drives business opportunities for independent medical practices. 

What you’ll be doing as a Social Media Intern: 

This position is considered an entry-level role for our company, and we are seeking candidates who have 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing.

Treatspace is seeking a part-time social media intern who can concentrate on curation, implementation, tracking, and optimizing our social media campaigns across applicable channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn for our customers. We are in search of a team member who can learn and operate our software and adapt to our current internal and external processes. This position will have opportunities for challenging work, team collaboration, customer interaction, and professional advancement.

In this position, you will be part of our digital solutions and implementation teams. This typically involves the following:

• Monitor trend analysis on social networks
• Create content and post on Facebook, Instagram, X & LinkedIn
• Work with the team to build an audience and brand awareness for each client
• Create graphics, still images, and short videos for social media posts
• Optimize strategy and post on social media by following consistent brand guides
• Making calendar adjustments based on feedback
• Create captions and other writing content for online marketing and social media posts
• Help analyze metrics to improve performance and reach of social media and online content
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and team collaboration
• Other duties, as assigned

Required education + Experience:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate

Additional Qualifications: 

• You possess basic photo editing skills and are comfortable using Canva
• You realize a headline or caption is often just as important as the article, and you write accordingly
• You have professional or personal experience using social media to engage and build audiences
• You’re obsessed with finding and fixing typos
• You enjoy handling multiple projects at the same time
• You are a proven self-motivated, self-sufficient, self-starter
• You are a team player
• You work hard but also value a work-life balance and a good sense of humor
