This is a 100% commission-based leadership role with lucrative overrides and full backend support—including a dedicated recruiter assigned to help you build the dream team you want. If you're a proven closer with a passion for leading from the front, this is your opportunity to run the show.
Lead and train a team of door-to-door solar reps
Run in-field sales appointments and close deals
Collaborate with your recruiter to build and scale your team
Coach reps on best practices, pitch development, and sales process
Drive market performance and hit aggressive growth targets
2+ years of direct sales experience (solar preferred)
Proven leadership skills with a lead-from-the-front mentality
Confidence in door-to-door sales and in-home closing
Ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales team
Must be based in Northern California or open to relocation
Commission-only pay with generous team overrides

A recruiter assigned to your market to help curate and grow your team
