We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, implement, and support our solutions. The ideal candidate has both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills, enabling them to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
Collaborate with sales and account executives to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations.
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, integrations, and document management needs.
Design and configure solutions to meet customer requirements.
Lead implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, and testing.
Serve as the primary technical liaison during projects, ensuring smooth communication between client and internal teams.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, migrations, and third-party systems.
Document project deliverables, configurations, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in a solutions consulting, technical consulting, or professional services role.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint).
Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and migrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Azure) preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in legal tech or professional services software is a plus.
