**Responsibilities:**
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential borrowers, aiming to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Analyze customers' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer files and follow-ups daily.
- Handle multiple live, qualified inbound leads each day.
- Lock loans at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a paperless loan package to production staff.
- Accurately structure and price loans.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 3 months of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- A strong desire to excel in a sales environment and become a top producer.
- Proficiency in structuring and pricing loans accurately.
- Comprehensive knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (both purchase and refinance).
- A current NMLS license is required, with additional state licenses preferred.
**Desired Education/Experience:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of recent full-time loan origination experience, ideally in a call center setting.
- A minimum of four approved state licenses through the NMLS.
**Work Authorization:** Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

**Pay:** $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
