💼 Position: General Manager

As the General Manager of StretchLab Rye Brook, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio operations, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and driving membership sales. Your leadership will be vital to the success of our Rye Brook studio as we establish ourselves in the community.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the studio, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies, community engagement, and relationship building.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and Flexologists, providing ongoing training and support.
• Monitor studio performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Foster a positive, motivating environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to promote team alignment and growth.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the client experience and promote membership retention.
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and compliant with all company policies and procedures.

✨ Qualifications:

• 1+ years of management experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Passion for fitness and wellness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals. 
• Interest in using AI-driven tools to enhance studio operations and improve client service is a plus.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000.
