This position is based in our Boston, MA office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply UX principles to improve the clarity and accessibility of documentation.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Help organize and structure documentation to enhance user experience.
  • Support other content-related projects, such as blog posts, release notes, or FAQs
Who you are:
  • A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn about technical writing and documentation.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Curious and analytical, with a passion for making complex information easy to understand.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest or background in finance, statistics, or economics is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and research skills (experience with technical writing is a plus but not required).
  • Basic understanding of technology, software, or user experience principles is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or content management systems is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Gain:
  • Hands-on experience in technical writing and content creation.
  • Exposure to industry tools and best practices.
  • Collaboration with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
  • A chance to build your portfolio with real-world projects
How to Apply:
Please provide your C.V. along with any examples of writing you have done (technical or otherwise). If you do not have prior technical writing samples, you may create one short (1 page or less) technical document on a topic of your choice to showcase your writing skills.
