Accountabilities

• Drive rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and performance gaps.
• Lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and team management.
• Support business development efforts and nurture business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop content knowledge in technology strategy operations and share insights.
• Create thought leadership assets with innovative insights and recommendations.
• Engage with senior management to guide recommendations and gain buy-in.

Requirements

• Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value.
• Ability to work independently and determine methods and procedures.
• Experience managing team efforts within a client or organization setting.
• Proven track record in identifying business opportunities.
• Experience with core technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Background in technology advisory and/or implementation.
• Proactive acquisition of business knowledge, preferably with an MBA.
