**Job Title: MobilePack™ Event Supervisor**
**Your Role:**
- Oversee local and out-of-state MobilePack™ events.
- Manage pre- and post-event logistics and administrative tasks.
- Lead a dedicated team during events.
- Supervise food packing processes.
- Create welcoming volunteer experiences through genuine connections.
- Encourage donations while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Perform general labor and warehousing tasks as needed.
**Pay, Schedule & Benefits:**
- This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with a starting wage of $23 per hour.
- Work a flexible schedule averaging 30+ hours per week throughout the year, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
- Work locations include remote work from home, weekly visits to an office, and various MobilePack event locations (both local and out-of-state).
- Pre- and post-event meetings and administrative tasks can be completed remotely.
- Travel expenses (transportation, hotel, meals) are covered.
- Regularly scheduled for 2-4 events per month.
- Must be available to travel on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, with shifts often exceeding 8 hours.
- Monthly training and meetings are required.

**What You'll Do:**
- Travel to and from MobilePack™ events, utilizing air travel, rental cars, and personal vehicles.
- Supervise and execute events by coordinating on-site logistics, managing food production, and building strong relationships with event hosts.
- Lead and guide Volunteer Program Facilitators.
- Assist in training peers and performing Volunteer Program Facilitator duties as needed.
- Organize packing sessions, anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to the dynamic nature of volunteer work.
- Create a memorable volunteer experience by sharing the mission and encouraging future participation.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting volunteers, answering questions, and expressing gratitude for their contributions.
- Deliver engaging presentations that share impactful stories about food aid.
- Encourage volunteers to contribute through donations and support.
- Manage inventory, including cleaning, labeling, and organizing supplies.
- Direct volunteers on safe food packing and supply handling.
- Monitor time, manage transitions, and adapt to changing production needs.
- Lead a prayer over packaged food and invite volunteers to join.
- Handle transactions on a cash register.
- Confirm and finalize pre-event details, including meetings, paperwork, and logistics.
- Complete post-event tasks, such as recording food production and reconciling expenses.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (training provided).
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and volunteer safety policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Your Qualifications:**
- Passionate about the mission and values of the organization.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and proof of minimum insurance coverage required by law.
- Minimum of an associate's degree and 1 year of leadership experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
- Physically capable of performing tasks for 8+ hour shifts, including lifting 30-50 lbs.
- Enjoys working in a team environment and is flexible in sharing responsibilities.
- Comfortable navigating travel logistics independently.
- Enthusiastic and confident in sharing information with groups and individuals.
- Focused on hospitality and building rapport with volunteers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Respectful and appreciative of diverse volunteers and supporters.
- Able to tolerate consistent exposure to soy (an allergen).
