Our client is a busy civil litigation firm located in West Covina, California. They regularly appear and conduct trials in Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Pomona Courthouse, West Covina Courthouse, San Bernardino Courthouse, and other courthouses in Orange and Riverside Counties. The majority of their practice concerns property and business/contract law. They are Looking for a California Licensed trial attorney who is experienced in all aspects of conducting a trial. This attorney will handle all aspects of litigation from client intake through trial (jury and bench) and appeal if necessary. Their attorneys and staff work in collaboration with each other so you will have the support required for this type of work. Their attorneys regularly assist each other to develop the theory of the case, arguments, procedural strategy, and all other aspects of the case. The applicant should have at least 5 years' experience as a trial attorney

A minimum of 150 billable hours per month expected. Attorneys and staff are paid their wages on a weekly basis.
