Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Entry-Level Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our team and clients. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks such as scheduling, email management, data entry, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle email correspondence and maintain communication with clients and team members.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing.
Conduct online research as required for various projects.
Support clients with administrative tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management is a bonus.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles.
Experience in a remote work setting is beneficial but not required.
