Job Title: Weekend Concierge Schedule: * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Monday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Reports To: Executive Director Position Summary: The Weekend Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors at the community. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting administrative operations during weekend and evening hours. Key Responsibilities: * Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner. * Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. * Monitor entry and exit of visitors to ensure building security. * Provide information and assistance to residents and guests as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. * Support the management team with light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. * Communicate resident needs or concerns to appropriate staff members. * Assist with emergency or safety procedures as outlined by community policy. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold community standards of professionalism. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, etc.). * Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. * Light lifting (up to 25 lbs). * Occasional bending, reaching, or walking. Work Environment: The Concierge works primarily in a senior living environment with frequent resident and visitor interaction. The role requires empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
