Your Role with the Company
You will work with a design and development team of Sr. Level Engineers developing new RF technologies in EDGE computing systems. Your daily role will include using your testing and analytical expertise with new products/technologies to ensure that the end products meet specifications and quality goals. This is a hands on Wireless Hardware Design role on an R&D team. If you love being involved deep with the physical hardware as well as the science behind the product with a passion for improving systems and technologies then this role is for you!
Background Profile
MUST HAVE
1. A solid background in hardware development with test and manufacturing exposure and sustaining engineering (end of life support).
2. Experience in hands on testing/measuring and development of electronic hardware.
3. Strong knowledge of hardware digital and analog circuit design
4. 2+ years of:
· hands on testing experience in digital and analog hardware
· hardware design experience in a new product development
· working with hardware in a test and measurement role
· Demonstrated ability troubleshooting and determining design changes
· BSCE, BSCS, BSEE, or similar degree (MS degree preferred)
PLUS to HAVE
RF/Wireless Hardware Design experience or a very deep academic understanding thereof.
· RF transceiver and receiver design including: RF PA, LNA, RF filters and matching, synthesizers, VCO's and mixers.
· RF FCC Certification exposure
· Advanced Modeling and Simulation of RF Antennas
Salary Range W2 Employee: 90 to 140K depending on experience and BENEFITS
Salary Range C2c: $60 to 80 per hour
