Salary: $85,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• I require a resourceful and driven Web Developer specializing in WordPress to support our initiatives across two companies within Slone Business Labs. While experience in healthcare is not mandatory, participants must possess acute attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a forward-thinking, innovative mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for articulating complex concepts clearly, while an outcome-driven approach to project goals is necessary, along with a high degree of reliability.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of website development experience, including at least 2 years specifically with WordPress and front-end development and design.
• Proficiency in WordPress, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is expected, and familiarity with databases, APIs, GIT, and HubSpot is a plus.

• I will expect you to design and develop websites, applications, databases, and APIs, as well as create custom WordPress themes, templates, and layouts.
• You'll need to perform both front-end and back-end website development independently and conduct routine updates and testing, both alone and as part of a coordinated team.
• I encourage collaboration with the UX/UI Designer, leadership, and marketing teams to implement website designs and redesigns effectively. Staying current with the latest web application and programming technologies will be crucial.
• Managing projects will be a key part of your role, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met while engaging with colleagues, managers, and cross-functional teams to communicate progress and customize reports regarding major tasks.
