Business Analyst Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce.

In this role, you will support story writing and documentation while leveraging your Salesforce expertise. Your contributions will be vital in integrating SAP Products into Salesforce CPQ, enhancing automation and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Support the integration of SAP Products to Salesforce CPQ via MuleSoft
• Ensure synchronization of product and pricing data
• Manage daily batch integrations for product and pricing updates
• Conduct ad hoc and near real-time pricing updates
• Develop and maintain documentation such as user stories and process flows
• Participate in testing activities to ensure quality deliverables
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ is preferred
• Understanding of integration processes, specifically with MuleSoft
• Background in data synchronization and management
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
