Mobilads is an innovative and fast-growing American media company founded in 2017, headquartered in New York. The company offers a new way to do outdoor advertising by placing brands on cars already driving in city traffic, for example, through platforms like Uber and Lyft.

Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Mobilads, you will play a key role in the company’s growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, primarily through targeted and personalized email campaigns directed at senior marketing decision-makers, such as CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Brand Leads at C-level in larger companies.

You will work independently but closely with the founders and sales teams to optimize strategies, secure high-quality leads, and drive sales forward. The role is fully remote and requires a strong work ethic, structure, and the ability to maintain a high pace in your daily work.


We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual who is accustomed to working with outbound sales and handling large volumes of qualified contacts with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients with large marketing and media budgets, such as Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing tech firms, and major B2B brands.
  • Conduct thorough research and pinpoint the right decision-makers, primarily at the C-level in marketing and brand departments.
  • Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to build and maintain qualified lead lists.
  • Send a high volume of personalized and targeted outbound emails daily, combined with smart automation.
  • Follow a proven outreach strategy and contribute your own drive and insights to maximize results.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a steady and high activity level and continuously follow up and report progress.

Your Profile

  • You have 2–5+ years of experience in similar roles within Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound sales.
  • You have a good understanding of the marketing and media landscape or can quickly identify companies with significant marketing budgets.
  • You are skilled at identifying companies likely to invest heavily in out-of-home and brand marketing.
  • You are familiar with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and cold email platforms.
  • You are tech-savvy, self-driven, and thrive on handling large volumes of qualified leads daily.
  • You value quality over quantity and work strategically, smartly, and efficiently with your outbound communication.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in similar roles as BDR, SDR, or outbound sales.
  • Good understanding of the marketing and media landscape, or at least the ability to quickly identify brands with marketing budgets.
  • Skilled at identifying companies likely to make large investments in out-of-home and brand marketing.
  • Technically proficient and able to deliver results using tools like Apollo, cold email platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Resourceful, fast, and self-driven — able to find and contact many qualified leads daily.
  • Quality-focused communicator — not just sending many emails, but working strategically, smartly, and efficiently at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within media, tech, or marketing sectors.
  • Previous experience collaborating with large international brands or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and tracking marketing campaign performance.
  • Experience from fast-growing, tech-driven companies or startups.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in fully digital and remote teams.

Additional Information:

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 certified courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend Sweden’s largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a two-day on-site sales training in Stockholm to further develop your skills as a salesperson. Please note that the training is conducted in Swedish.
