We are growing and looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team! We're looking for someone with direct experience in managing IT devices, strong written communication skills, and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize incoming procurement requests, ensuring timely order placements.
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to create quote requests when necessary.
Oversee additional procurement queues, including SKU requests and buy & hold orders.
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and vendors for order status updates.
Monitor sourcing communication channels for critical updates, such as tracking information, and update the internal platform accordingly.
Input and manage data in the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Assist with gathering information to resolve procurement-related escalations.
Recognize when an issue needs escalation and raise it to the appropriate team.
Execute daily procurement workflows, continuously contributing ideas for process improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to support business goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with ABM and Autopilot enrollment is a plus.
Strong vendor management skills with a proactive approach.
Previous experience managing or facilitating IT asset resales.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven with an analytical mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 35.00 Per Hour
