Loan Officer Responsibilities:

- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Guide customers through the loan process and provide them with the best options for their financial needs

- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of loans

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Loan Officer Essential Job Functions:

- Analyze credit reports and financial statements

- Determine loan eligibility based on credit guidelines and customer risk profile

- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Loan Officer Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 1-3 years of lending experience OR equivalent experience approved by Bank Management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Willingness to learn
