Role: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Irvine, CA - 92614

Duration: 10 Months (W2 Contract)

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM, flexible to start as early as noon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support 2nd shift manufacturing line ramp-up and operations.
• Provide line support, troubleshoot equipment and devices, and manage qualifications/validations.
• Ensure product quality in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Skills Required:

• 1 2 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for devices and equipment.
• Proficiency in equipment and process qualifications.
• Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Windchill is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as the sole engineer on the 2nd shift .

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
• 1 2 years of manufacturing experience (internship + Master's degree may be considered) .
