Salon Support Manager
The Salon Support Manager (SSM) is responsible for leading the Salon Support business function for YSG. As a business function leader, the SSM is a member of the company leadership team. Simply states, the Salon Support Function is meant to manage all salon supporting tasks that aren't HR or Money Movement related. This includes:

1. Maintenance (Facility & Equipment),
2. Merchandising (product & supplies),
3. Marketing Execution & Admin
4. Some supporting communications and data support services.

• Lead, Manage and Hold others Accountable
  Approximately 4-6 strategic vendor account relationships
• Manage support ticket support systems. Responsibly, resourcefully, and effectively communicating and solving maintenance, IT, and supply problems to support field employees and locations.
• Managing all phases of merchandising logistics in a lucrative manner.
• Creating and posting daily content to our virtual office to educate, inspire, and compel engagement.
• Use technology tools to keep critical databases up to date daily.
• Maintain the company Master Calendar on Google (if desired by Integrator)
• Communicate effectively up & down the chain of leadership.
• Are open to providing critical assistance as needed with new initiatives
• Show Up! Make your presence felt in the way you engage and do your work in various ways.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do

In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

• Maintenance Ticket Resolution (95% tickets resolved YTD & weekly)

• Merchandise Contribution (achieve monthly earnings goal)
  Continue to use and optimize the IMT (100% deadlines)
  (28th sent, 5th ordered, 25th verified; 90% POG achieved by June in renewing salons) until further notice or better tool and process is created.
  Pay attention to weekly retail sales and support pacing to achieve monthly contribution goal.

• Marketing Execution LMA a direct report that translates the marketing strategy into execution from a content creation, delivery, internal staff coordination, POS settings administration, and tracking and engaging operations to influence results. He or she should execute these Marketing tactics to achieve an average of 50 new guests per location weekly (currently we average 30 new guests per location weekly without marketing). This is a 20 new guest per salon per week average increase .

• Database Updates daily M-F)
  Will probably move this task to Finance
  Track and Report SSM Weekly & Monthly KPI's
