We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Innotech. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates to support various projects and initiatives within the company. This role is essential in ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our organizational goals and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Innotech, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from identifying staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
