Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with over 10 years of expertise to drive governance program leadership, product execution, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Cloud Security, Agile methodologies, and Product Ownership , with certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) . This role requires excellent collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking to optimize processes, enhance delivery, and ensure scalability for governance frameworks.

• Must-Have Skills:

  • Cloud Security: 8+ years
  • Agile: 8+ years
  • Product Ownership: 8+ years
  • Cloud: 5+ years
  • Telecom domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)

Responsibilities: Governance Program Leadership:

• Lead and refine governance programs in collaboration with Finance, Product, and IT teams.
• Develop a roadmap for governance improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Product Execution and Delivery:

• Translate strategies into actionable user stories and features.
• Manage a governance-related backlog, prioritizing initiatives for business impact.
• Address technical debt and ensure the sustainability of governance processes.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics to track progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies with stakeholders across departments.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and steering committee meetings.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Strategic Impact:

• Represent governance programs at the enterprise level.
• Lead process streamlining efforts to drive measurable business outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

• Identify and resolve execution issues to ensure governance success.
• Create training materials to support governance adoption and foster continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Expertise in Agile Methodologies and backlog/project management tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for clear communication to varied audiences.
• Collaboration skills to refine and develop initiatives and user stories.
• Proven project management experience in large-scale business/technology initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex information concisely.
